It has been 2 years since I took this photograph of Gemma leaping across the family barn. Visiting the other week I was amazed at how much has been done to the barn since then. The Kempthorne family has been busy converting the barn so that it can be used as a community venue and dance space in St.Clether- very exciting! ‘Rosehip Barn’ should be finished very soon (its already looking amazing!) and will be where we hold a series of events, screenings, workshops and school days.
Until then we are working on a short film about the barn, thinking about it’s story on a farm which has been in the family since 1703. Here is a slightly older photograph of the outside of the L shaped barn-
