A great year with lots of memories. Here are just a few highlights from the project…

Naming fields at the Exchange in Penzance

Really interesting to find out field names, often passed down through generations, they tell stories of past land usage. Here we had a large aerial photograph printed and invited farmers to come an name their fields- each number corresponds to a name that we wrote down the side.

We had a great year photographing everything that took place on a range of farms around Cornwall and seeing all the lovely photographs kept in draws.

Helping the Museum identify some of their amazing collection of photographs and objects linked with farming in Cornwall. Thank you everyone who helped us and thanks to Rodda’s for the clotted cream for our cream teas. Now if only we could agree on which order the Cornish put their jam and cream on!!!
