The Leap of Faith project invites young people between the ages of 16 and 25 who are interested in podcast making, digital storytelling, theatre or just curious about people in general, to apply to be part of this project.
The Storylines Team are huge fans of Miracle Theatre, regularly attending their productions in Devon and Cornwall and enjoying their unique takes of well- loved stories. So, we were absolutely delighted to be approached by them recently to collaborate on a new creative project to explore place, faith and belonging.
We all have intriguing stories to tell, but how do we best prompt and record these stories? What creative ways can we use to bring these stories to life? And what might future generations actually want to know?
Sessions will include developing listening and recording skills and exploring meaningful and creative ways to share stories. Together, we’ll explore place, faith and belonging and consider what today’s voices might tell future generations. As always when working with stories, it’ll be a great way to really get to know each other and connect. This group will also play a huge part in shaping the project as it grows, so it’s an exciting opportunity to get involved from the start.
