This included a Memory Day in Devoran, series of oral history interviews, digital storytelling and a creative workshop with Devoran Primary School. The Rhoda Mary Project is a charity seeking to promote traditional maritime skills and celebrate the vanishing history of the Cornish Merchant Schooner. This includes the discovery of a diary entry written by Jacobus in 1893, which details a particularly rough crossing in which the crew narrowly escaped with their lives.
